RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Demonstrates and understands client concerns.
  • Finds solutions that develop that customer confidence and satisfaction with the organization.
  • Maintains a positive impression on the clients.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Solicits sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Effectively communicates with his/her team members and customers  for success in the role
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in Account Management is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 3rd Flr. Robinson's Otis,UN Avenue,Paco,Manila.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Account Management or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
