Job Description:

  • Answer calls and/or respond to customer’s emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers

 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate or college undergraduate
  • Know how to use a computer
  • Can start as soon as possible             
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
  • Can communicate in English very well
  • Knowledge in telecommunication matters is an advantage
